Hey guys! So this week I did something super exciting and went to an event with Aeropostale in Atlanta. I live near the city and go to school right in the heart of it, so I was super excited to get involved in this. Side note–it was also my first official blogger event, so that was pretty exciting, not going to lie.
It was an in-store event where you basically got to hang out and shop with other ladies, cool right? But if that’s not enough, there was more–a nail bar, DJ, candy booth, photo booth, denim bar, and goodie bags. What more could you ask for? Overall, it was a really fun night and I loved getting to see all of the new items they have in store. They have some new super cute and cozy pieces that are perfect for the fall and winter time. Here are some of my favorite items and how I styled them!
These jeans are quickly becoming my favorite thing in my closet right now. I’m really on board with the embroidered floral trend going on currently. It’s no surprise that I love floral, and I also love jeans, as I wear them pretty much everyday, so obviously I’m obsessed with these. They’re also cropped, which I appreciate, because I’m only 5’4 so I need all the help I can get.
Blush Pink Blouse
This top is everything I love in one–blush pink, babydoll silhouette, and the fact that it’s super comfy. Blush pink has become really popular lately too, and I’m loving it as well. I also think the babydoll silhouette is really flattering, which is probably why a majority of the tops in my closet are in that category. Also, I’m realizing now just how girly this outfit is, but that’s okay.
Lace up Flats
And last but not least, these flats. I’ve been loving these, first of all, because of the color–no surprise there–and second of all, because of how comfy they are. You know how some flats have a hard time staying on your feet, well because these are lace up, no need to worry about that. It’s safe to say these are my go-to flats for the season.
Here is a similar pair from Aeropostale.
Also, can we talk about how cute these backgrounds are, especially the floral wall. I went to Ponce City Market and the Beltline in Atlanta, and it was my first time going. Don’t be surprised if you see more pics from there in the future.
Thank you so much for reading!! And thank you to HBO and Her Campus Media for partnering up with me for this post! Make sure to check out Aeropostale and follow them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay up to date on their new arrivals!
